Orders

You can shop on emantradingllc.com in two ways:

1. Creating an online account

To sign up for a Hubbazar online account, please visit our Register page. You can use this account to shop the site, add items to your Wishlist and track your orders and returns. For more information on creating an online account, please read our terms and conditions.

2. Using a guest account

If you would like to shop online without signing up for an account, you are welcome to shop as a guest. To get started, add items to your shopping basket as usual and complete your order using our ‘Guest Checkout’ option. If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Service team to place your order over the phone.

We will send you an email to acknowledge that we have received your order. The email will include your order number, your billing information and a link to Track Your Order. If you do not receive a confirmation email after placing an order, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.

Please sign in to your online account and select ‘Change Personal Details’. Please note: you can update your address, email and contact number through your online account.

If you need to change the name or other details on your order, please contact our Customer Service team.

Most orders will be packed and sent from our warehouse. We partner with other brands so in some cases, orders will be sent directly from their warehouse. When we send you an order confirmation email, we will let you know where your order is being sent from.

Should you wish to cancel your order, please send your request to our Customer Service team and we will do our best to fulfil your request.

We take pride in preparing your order with care from start to finish. If something is not quite right, we may have to cancel your order. In these instances, you will be notfied by email and issued a full refund shortly after. If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Service team.

While we may not always be able to make changes to your order, unwanted items can easily be sent back to us using our free returns service.  

If you would like to cancel or make changes to your gift order, please contact Customer Service for further assistance.

Please note: Gift message changes cannot be made once your order has been processed. 

You can request a new password by clicking ‘Forgotten Password?’ on the Sign-in page. If you can’t remember the email address you registered with, or if you have any other problems signing in to your account, please contact our Customer Service team. Payments

We have accepted:

  • Visa
  • Master Card
  • American Express
  • PayPal

The currency that you will be charged is US Dollar ($).

We will take payment as soon as your order is placed on our website. Should your order be cancelled, we will immediately issue a refund.

If there is an error on your invoice, please email accounts@emantradingllc.com and provide the invoice reference number, date of issue and an explanation of the error.

Payments may be declined at the point of purchase or after placing an order. If your order has been declined at Checkout when placing an order, it may be due to insufficient funds or a block placed by your bank. In these instances, contact your card provider for further information about this transaction. If your order has not cleared our security check, we may decline payment for secure purchasing. For further assistance with declined payments, please contact our Customer Service team.

Account

In the event you forget the password for your account, you can reset your password directly through the forget password link.

To change your password if you’re already logged in:
Click account in the top right of your profile.
Select Settings and privacy, then click Settings.
Click Security and login.
Click Edit next to Change password.
Enter your current password and new password.
Click Save Changes.

You can delete your account at any time in your profile settings.

Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind about your order or purchase, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to return your order.

To prepare your return, pack the unwanted items and simply attach the pre-paid label onto the front of the parcel.

With some returns, like heavy or bulky items, specialized return methods or delivery companies can help. In these cases, after you start your return on the “Order History” page, please contact our customer support team.

After submitting your return, please allow us at least 1-2 weeks of processing time before checking your refund status.

Shipping & Tracking

We pride ourselves in providing our customers with an exceptional delivery service, therefore we offer different options depending on your order destination.

At this time, we can’t change your delivery address once the order has been processed. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can file a cancellation request. Then, you can place a new order with the correct address.

If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, you can check the website to see the current status of your order here.

Please note: The expected shipping times for orders outside of the USA, do not take into account possible delays if your parcel is held up in customs. We would ask you to allow 21 days from order to receive your item(s), prior to further investigation.

If you’ve ordered during one of our sales it gets pretty busy, so your delivery might take a little longer to get to you.

When your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email. You can follow your order’s journey by selecting ‘My Orders’ when signed in to your online account. If you have used our ‘Guest Checkout’ option, you can visit the Track Your Order page. 

Occasionally, we may send an order in separate deliveries so that goods are received as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email when any remaining items are sent out for delivery.

Other

Simply click on the item you want and in the item details page you can see in right side “Available in Stock” in green color.
